Qualifications

• Hands-on social media coordination, publishing, community, content operations, or adjacent digital experience.
• Practical AI fluency: you have used AI tools in real work, study, or personal projects.
• Strong attention to detail around copy, timing, assets, approvals, links, and pre-publish checks.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain what is done, what is blocked, and what needs a decision.

Responsibilities

• Put the client experience and publishing accuracy at the heart of everything you do.
• Optimise YouTube content with effective titles, thumbnails, copy, metadata, and publishing checks.
• Schedule, review, and coordinate social content across YouTube channels and social networks.
• Support day-to-day community management across client social channels by monitoring and responding to audience comments and messages in line with brand guidance.
• Coordinate with client contacts and Storm’s content production, copywriting, captioning, and social teams so work moves without gaps.
• Use AI tools and workflow systems to support repeatable coordination work, including calendar planning, dependency chasing, content checks, research, account audits, reporting, and documentation.
• Review AI-assisted work before it reaches clients, platforms, or internal stakeholders.
