Smart Communications seeks a Search Optimization Specialist to advance our organic search strategy across traditional and AI-powered search experiences. You will lead hands-on optimization, content creation, and experimentation to improve how buyers discover our products and expertise.

Reporting to Digital Marketing, you will partner with Content, Product, Vertical, and Creative to embed search into our website and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO, organic search, or digital marketing.
• Experience optimizing B2B SaaS websites for organic search.
• Excellent writing and editing for AI-powered search experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize Smart Communications’ SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility across AI search experiences.
• Create search-first content and optimize existing pages for visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search into campaigns and pages.
• Monitor performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
