Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. Lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-search integration, links, local SEO and GA4/Search Console reporting to drive quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes performed personally.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and architecture.
• Define keyword strategy and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Get clients found in AI search alongside classic organic results.
• Manage links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps.
