Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO and AI Search Manager to own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimization with writers and AI, and ensure visibility in AI search alongside traditional results. The role covers links, local search and multi-location SEO, with GA4 and Search Console

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO with audits and fixes
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Agency experience across several clients

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO including crawl, indexation, site speed and schema
• Define keyword strategy and content priorities with writers and AI
• Improve AI search visibility using Google AI Overviews and related AI tools
• Manage local search and multi-location SEO as needed
• Provide GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly client roadmaps
