N26 is seeking an SEO & GEO Manager in Berlin to drive organic user acquisition across markets and emerging AI search engines. You will blend technical SEO rigor, content strategy, and data analytics to grow N26’s presence in Europe and beyond.

In this role you will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data, Product and Content, shaping AI-driven search visibility, knowledge graph integrity, and multi-language architecture to solidify N26 as a fintech authority.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SEO within high-growth tech or fintech environments.
• Experience with multi-language markets and GEO/AI search.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and semantic optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale organic search roadmap across multiple markets.
• Lead technical SEO with product and engineering teams.
• Develop AI/LLM SEO strategies to enhance AI search visibility.
• Optimize content for high-intent keywords.
• Monitor performance and report on traffic, rankings and SoAIV metrics.
