Zip Security is seeking an experienced SEO professional to own organic and AI-driven search initiatives. You will guide a cross-channel strategy with our agency partner, shaping a roadmap based on buyer questions and commercial opportunities.

The role emphasizes technical SEO, analytics, and experimentation to drive pipeline. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to reporting, and push for innovations in how we capture search visibility in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SEO or growth/digital acquisition, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Deep technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, redirects, canonicals.

Responsibilities

• Own Zip's organic and AI search end-to-end.
• Guide paid search strategy with agency support.
• Build and refine a real-world search roadmap focused on commercial opportunity.
• Analyze user journeys to improve high-intent conversions and pipeline.
• Align organic and paid keyword strategy across channels.
• Shape reports that connect search, AI visibility, and revenue.
