Managed.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape market needs for CloudBlue within a remote-first, international team. You will translate customer problems into solutions and drive AI-driven innovations in a microservices-based SaaS platform.

You will own roadmap, define requirements, collaborate across teams, and ensure successful go-to-market execution while exploring emerging technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a technology domain.
• Strong ability to scope and validate complex requirements.
• Experience with APIs and system interactions.
• Experience in Billing, BSS, ERP, Finance, eCommerce, or AI-driven solutions.
• Practical experience applying AI-first workflows to product management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with CloudBlue’s goals, partners, and customers.
• Research, validate, and translate market needs into product opportunities and roadmap initiatives.
• Plan and prioritize product roadmap deliverables with releases tied to business impact.
• Define solutions through clear requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and go-to-market execution.
• Support adoption of product features with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance the platform.
• Support other tasks or projects to meet team and business needs.
