Qualifications

• Experience structuring and managing projects, preferably in a consultant or PMO support role.
• PMP certification is a plus and experience supporting knowledge management within a PMO.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end-to-end with a comprehensive understanding of scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance with all identified stakeholder groups.
• Organize and lead recurring meetings and steering committee sessions; provide updates and manage risks/issues.
• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, communication plans, governance materials).
• Apply structured planning, tracking, and governance; monitor progress and ensure delivery aligns with budgets and timelines.
• Support the PMO through knowledge management and reusable content.
