Job summary

Lumin Digital, Inc. is seeking a Security Platform Engineer to enhance security on a cloud-hosted digital banking platform. The role involves building and operating a security fabric, developing AI-assisted workflows, and managing security infrastructure across AWS environments.

With a salary range of $160,000 - $180,000, candidates should have 5+ years in platform engineering and experience with Python, Kubernetes, and GitOps patterns. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k), and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering.
• At least 1 year of production experience with 2 agentic coding tools.
• Demonstrated experience building production code in Python.
• Proven track record of operating cloud-native infrastructure.
• Experience with security telemetry platforms and GitOps deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Lumin's security fabric for reliability and scale.
• Maintain agentic AI workflows to automate security tasks.
• Design and implement deployment workflows using GitOps patterns.
• Operate security telemetry and observability infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers and Risk teams.
