Qualifications

• 1–4+ years in sales, business development, or outbound roles.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, staffing, or global workforce operations.
• Proven background in prospecting, cold calling, or high‑volume outbound outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication that’s concise.
• Comfort reaching out to companies unfamiliar with remote assistants.
• Ability to turn hiring signals into targeted outbound messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts actively hiring Wing can service.
• Research accounts to understand hiring needs and fit.
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Run outbound campaigns around hiring signals.
• Hold discovery calls to assess needs and timing.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to keep a clean pipeline.
