Qualifications

• 1-4+ years in sales or outbound roles with a proven prospecting track record.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, staffing, or outsourcing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise, compelling messaging.
• Comfort contacting companies new to remote assistants or offshore talent.
• Ability to research signals and tailor outbound messaging.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies hiring for Wing's services and research fit.
• Reach out via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run outbound campaigns around hiring signals and growth.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with AEs to keep a healthy pipeline and share insights.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline in CRM.
