Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will surface waste with flow metrics, design future-state AI-native workflows, and build agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases.

You will bring deep fluency in evolving AI tooling, translate benchmarks into roadmaps, and lead change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across the full SDLC with ability to map and redesign delivery processes
• Minimum of 3 years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting/advisory role with enterprise-scale teams
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics or value-stream mapping as diagnostics
• Minimum of 2 years working with AI/ML systems or agentic architectures in a professional context
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC
• Design AI-native to-be processes restructuring how software is defined and governed
• Lead change management for engineering teams moving to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategize and design agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases
• Know how to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and assess token impact
• Model SDLC as a system with feedback loops and bottlenecks
• Collaborate across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform teams
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystems and integration points
• Track research on model releases and practitioner patterns
• Translate benchmarks from digitally native orgs into enterprise roadmaps
• Influence clients to modernize processes and maximize AI impact
• Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs
