Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will map, measure, and redesign SDLC processes, drawing on experience with multi-agent/LLM-integrated systems and leading AI tooling strategies.

You will design future-state workflows, drive change management, and translate industry benchmarks into client roadmaps for enterprise-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across the full SDLC with map, measure and redesign experience.
• Minimum 3 years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting/advisory capacity with enterprise-scale teams.
• Minimum 3 years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as diagnostics.
• Minimum 2 years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC.
• Design AI-native to-be processes that accelerate software delivery.
• Lead change management for teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategize and design agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases.
• Translate benchmarks of digitally native orgs into actionable roadmaps.
• Influence clients to modernize processes for AI-enabled delivery.
