Job summary

Procom seeks an experienced Scrum Master to support AI-led initiatives within a financial services client. The role will manage Scrum processes, coach teams to higher maturity, and ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will facilitate Scrum training, eliminate impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners to maintain backlogs and releases. 6-month contract in Southlake, Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master in software development.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field.
• Servant leadership with ability to drive value and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for 2+ Agile teams concurrently.
• remove impediments to help teams hit Sprint goals.
• Support Product Owners in backlog and release planning.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure proper ceremonies.
• Track velocity and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration.
