The role involves creating and reviewing test items, specifications, and blueprints, and collaborating with educators, psychometricians, and Pearson teams to ensure accessible, standards-based content across grades.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, or equivalent experience required
• Five years' experience as an elementary or secondary teacher in the field of content-specific area preferred
• Experience with AI-supported content development or strong potential to leverage AI in content creation
• Familiarity with prompting, refining, and evaluating AI-generated content for education purposes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse audiences

Mansioni

• Develop and review content-specific test items across multiple grade levels for large-scale assessments
• Develop item, passage, and test specifications and blueprints
• Leverage AI-powered tools to support content development and ensure accessibility standards
• Collaborate with team members to integrate AI-generated assets
• Select, train, and manage item writers and educators for item development
• Facilitate customer meetings and provide content assessment expertise
• Support test construction and review of composed test forms
• Interact with customers and Pearson groups as needed
• Stay current with emerging technologies related to educational content and AI
• Travel as required
