Job summary

NetApp is seeking an IT Product Manager to lead the Recurring Sales, Enablement and Effectiveness product team, partnering with Sales to map and deliver technology services that empower the organization. The role requires strategic leadership, AI-driven product roadmaps, and governance across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.

You will guide program goals, plans and schedules, monitor execution, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled workflows and dashboards for the sales

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with leadership experience
• Experience with Sales Applications such as Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Anaplan
• Strong business partnership experience and cross-functional leadership
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Middleware, Cloud computing and DevOps
• Experience deploying AI use cases and AI platforms familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic delivery of GTM application programs focusing on AI solutions
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance aligned with AI strategy
• Develop program charters, work plans, reporting and communication for transformation
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage dependencies and remove obstacles
• Define product vision and roadmaps embedding AI in workflows
• Collaborate with teams to design scalable AI architectures and data pipelines
• Promote experimentation and rapid iteration to validate AI use cases
• Ensure responsible AI practices: governance, security, and performance monitoring
