Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation after the internship.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies as applied to real-world problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Shadow warm handoffs from Customer Success: inbound phone, chat, and appointments with existing QuickBooks customers.
• Learn a structured discovery process covering accounting, payroll, payments, and bill pay.
• Practice translating customer needs into a business-outcome based recommendation.
• Join conversations guiding customers to the right QuickBooks Online offering and ecosystem attachments.
• Complete a final internship project presenting learnings on consultative, ecosystem-led selling.
