Job summary

HSI is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered experiences across our SaaS platform. You will partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to translate customer needs into impactful AI-enabled solutions while driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to create customer value through AI, accelerating learning, and enabling faster delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) in daily work.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered initiatives.
Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-facing solutions.
Conduct customer research and feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Lead products through full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement through data and insights.
Collaborate to design and deliver AI-enabled features and workflows.
Evaluate emerging technologies to create business value through AI.
Use AI tools to enhance product research, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and execution.
