Job summary

Google's Revenue Platforms team advances digitalization of Quote-to-Report (Q2R) processes. Within Accounting Solutions, you will shape how Google's financial systems evolve, defining core capabilities and scalable architectures for subscriptions and pricing, in collaboration with Payments Engineering.

You will own a multi-year roadmap, set goals and KPIs, and drive transformational change to meet the complex demands of Google's dynamic landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
CPA/CA or other relevant accounting certification.
10 years of experience in accounting or related field, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
Experience with Q2R processes or financial enterprise systems (SAP/ERP/billing).
Experience managing strategy and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven transformations to automate revenue accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Define core system capabilities and architecture for scalable global models (Subscriptions, pricing).
Own multi-year roadmap for finance system and process transformations with KPIs.
Collaborate with Payments Engineering to optimize end-to-end financial processes.
