Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• CPA/CA or other relevant accounting certification.
• 10 years of experience in accounting or related field or 8 years with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Experience with quote-to-report (Q2R) processes or financial enterprise systems (SAP, ERPs, billing/payments).
• Experience managing strategy and transformation initiatives and system-architecture review.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven Q2R transformation and move from manual activities to autonomous revenue accounting.
• Define core system capabilities and architecture for global models like Subscriptions.
• Partner with Payments Engineering to re-engineer global processes and ensure end-to-end efficiency.
• Define and own multi-year roadmap for finance system transformations and track KPIs.
