Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Manager for the Revenue Accounting Platform to own and modernize Uber's revenue subledger, data pipelines, and reconciliation tooling. You will lead a high-impact team spanning accounting, engineering, and finance technology, shaping the multi-year platform roadmap and ensuring audit-ready processes across Mobility, Delivery, Freight, and Ads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, or accounting operations, with 4+ years in Revenue Accounting or Revenue Systems leadership at a public company.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Deep understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition standard.

Responsibilities

• Own the Revenue Accounting Platform end-to-end, including subledger architecture, data pipelines, and reconciliation tooling.
• Lead platform strategy and multi-year roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Drive close automation and efficiency by implementing system-driven solutions.
• Ensure platform controls and SOX compliance across revenue systems.
• Partner with FinTech, FinEng, and Product teams to translate requirements into system specs.
• Support new business launches and M&A integrations with scalable onboarding frameworks.
• Develop and grow the revenue accounting technology team.
