Job summary
Cohesity seeks a seasoned Sales Operations leader to scale the Americas business. You will partner with Sales leadership and the VP of Americas Field Operations to drive strategy-to-execution, build forecasts, and optimize revenue processes across territory and multi-channel models.
The role requires deep experience in forecast management, analytics, and SFDC, with a proven ability to influence leaders and drive performance.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology with 7+ in Sales Operations, Finance or Sales Leadership
- Experience in a Sales Operations leadership role in enterprise software
- Ability to forecast, analyze and report with data-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and financial targets
- Collaborate with Global Revenue Operations to drive predictability and optimization
- Oversee Area/District sales forecasts focusing on accuracy
- Analyze Americas operations and propose performance improvement actions
- Steer strategic deals with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, pricing, renewals, etc)
- Lead compensation planning including territory optimization and quota setting
- Coordinate centralized Revenue Operations to meet business objectives and advocate for the field
