Job summary

Headway is hiring an Insights & AI Manager for its CarePa team, serving hospitals and health systems to optimize referrals and partner success. You will lead data-driven initiatives, surface signals, and apply AI to scale relationships with health-system partners.

The role blends data, partner strategy, and AI to build scalable analytics, establish performance dashboards, and inform strategic decisions across sales and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or strategy at a growth-stage company.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with the ability to build metrics from scratch.
• AI fluency and experience applying AI to sales/go-to-market problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI can move the needle for Care Partnerships and adjacent sales teams.
• Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics for partner success and BD reps.
• Deliver proactive strategic analyses and enable data-driven GTM decisions.
• Build and own the reporting infrastructure that informs strategy and prioritization.
• Instrument new product features from launch to drive high-impact pilots.
