Job summary

Centric Software, a global leader in AI-enabled product-concept-to-commercialization platforms, seeks a Customer Success Consultant to support onboarding and ongoing success for our Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS solution. You will leverage business consultancy skills to align merchandising, pricing and analytics with client roadmaps.

The role spans implementation, product adoption and long-term relationships, with remote and on-site engagements across the US. Travel occasionally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, merchandising or related field.
• Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion and lifestyle.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with ability to translate processes into designs and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; SaaS environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of 5–10 customers with strategic roadmaps.
• Lead onboarding and ensure long-term customer success post go-live.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data science, and engineering teams to tailor configurations.
• Create and maintain a detailed business blueprint mapping client processes to the solution.
• Identify gaps and recommend configuration changes or improvements.
• Analyze markdown and inventory optimisation results and understand AI models.
