- 5+ years in management consulting or related field

- Experience leading teams on data/AI-enabled transformations
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (Mon–Thu)
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements combining strategy, technology, and operations
- Build trusted client relationships through insights and recommendations
- Translate business problems into AI/data-driven use cases
- Design data-enabled operating models for banking and financial services
- Apply AI to improve processes and customer experiences
- Drive agile delivery and transformation roadmaps
- Coordinate with technology teams to align business outcomes
- Lead change management for embedding digital and AI capabilities
