Accenture in the United States, Cleveland seeks a Management Consulting Manager in Banking to lead data- and AI-powered client engagements. You will shape digital transformation roadmaps, translate business problems into AI/use cases, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology outcomes.

You are expected to lead teams with agile delivery, partner with technology teams, and drive change management to embed AI capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years in management consulting or related field
Experience with consumer lending or core banking
Ability to deliver complex projects in teams
Bachelor's degree
Bonus: AI agent deployment or generative AI knowledge
Experience with channel modernization/digital transformation

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements that combine business strategy, technology enablement, and operational transformation
Build trusted client relationships through insight-driven recommendations
Translate complex business problems into AI and data-driven use cases
Design data-enabled operating models for retail banking
Apply automation and AI to optimize processes and customer experience
