Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager in the Banking Consulting practice to guide large-scale transformations leveraging AI, data, and automation. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders, shape enterprise data and AI strategies, and mentor leaders across multi-workstream engagements.

You will drive innovation, ensure delivery excellence, and collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem while maintaining a strong client focus and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting or banking transformation.
• Experience shaping data and AI strategies aligned to business goals.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream programs and C-suite engagements.
• Strong capability to drive innovation from data and AI trends into client value.
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex programs on time and budget.
• Mentor and develop leaders; promote continuous learning and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise-wide data and AI strategies that align business goals with technology outcomes
• Set vision and strategy for large-scale transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in AI, data, and banking technology and converting them into client value
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday – Thursday)
