C3 AI is seeking an AI-First Release Manager in California to rethink how engineering delivers software at scale. This role blends release engineering with technical program management, operating as both builder and strategist to automate releases and accelerate velocity.

You will design AI-enabled tooling to prototype, code, and deploy automations that replace manual coordination, with data-driven decisioning and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of release management and technical program management experience in software/enterprise AI.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps, branching strategies, and deployment automation.
• Proven track record managing complex programs in fast-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infra, cloud-native architectures, and SaaS delivery.

Responsabilités

• AI-Driven release lifecycles: manage end-to-end release strategy and cycles with data-driven pipelines.
• Build tooling: create scripts and automations to streamline branching, build coordination, and dashboards.
• Intelligent quality gates: define automated quality gates for reliability, security, and performance.
• Predictive incident management: handle hotfixes with AI-driven RCAs and automated triage.
• Automated stakeholder communication: generate release notes, dashboards, and go-live communications.
• Strategic program leadership: align scope, schedule, and metrics across product, engineering, infra.
• Predictive execution & tracking: automated dashboards; predict bottlenecks and dependencies.
