Job summary

Millennium, part of the Markon enterprise, is seeking an AI-Focused Red Team Operator to support a US government client in the Washington, DC area. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance and offers exposure to AI-enabled cyber operations, adversary emulation, and integrated security workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience required or 4+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience conducting Red Team operations, penetration testing, or adversary emulation.
• Experience building/integrating AI-assisted security workflows and secure model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct authorized penetration testing, adversary emulation, and Red Team assessments against enterprise, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Perform Blue Team activities including threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response support, and defensive security assessments.
• Evaluate AI and machine learning systems for security weaknesses throughout the model lifecycle.
• Identify vulnerabilities in prompt injection, RAG, model manipulation, and data poisoning.
• Develop offensive tradecraft and defensive guardrails for AI-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to improve organizational resilience against AI threats.
