Millennium Corporation is seeking an AI-focused Red Team Operator to support a government customer in the Washington, DC area. Active Top Secret clearance is required, and the role involves offensive and defensive cyber operations with AI integration.

The ideal candidate will conduct penetration testing, adversary emulation, threat hunting, and detection engineering while applying AI to enhance cyber mission effectiveness. Strong collaboration with cybersecurity engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; 4+ years in lieu of degree considered.
• Experience Red Team operations, penetration testing, or adversary emulation.
• Design, develop, and evaluate AI agents for automating security tasks with guardrails.
• Experience supporting Blue Team operations including threat hunting and incident response.
• Strong networking, OS, identity management, cloud, and modern attack methodologies.
• Scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models, and AI security risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct authorized penetration testing, adversary emulation, and Red Team assessments.
• Perform Blue Team activities including threat hunting and detection engineering.
• Evaluate AI/ML systems for security weaknesses across the model lifecycle.
• Assess AI/LLM applications against emerging AI threats and frameworks.
• Identify vulnerabilities in prompt injection, RAG, model manipulation, and data poisoning.
• Develop offensive tradecraft and defensive guardrails for AI-enabled systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to improve resilience to AI-enabled threats.
• Produce technical docs, assessment reports, and executive briefings.
