Job summary

Pursuit seeks a Director of Growth & Community Development in New York to define and lead our enrollment growth strategy and community partnerships. The role focuses on building scalable systems, partnerships, and a predictable pipeline of high-quality applicants while ensuring an exceptional builder experience.

The candidate will develop long-term growth plans, analyze funnel performance, influence executive decisions, and drive AI-enabled outreach and engagement tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in community growth, partnerships, enrollment, or related field.
• Owns organization-wide KPIs and delivers measurable growth outcomes.
• Builds scalable systems and demonstrates strong operational instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment growth strategy and oversee applicant volume, conversion, and targets.
• Develop enrollment forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build dashboards to monitor performance and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Product, Programs, Marketing, and Operations.
