Job summary

The Hollister Group is seeking a senior technology business analyst for Private and Strategic Investments focusing on Real Estate. You will elicit business needs, document specs, and drive system implementation from inception to production.

You will collaborate with Real Estate Deal, Portfolio and Finance teams, mentor junior staff, and support AI-enabled solutions to improve processes.

Qualifications

Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science, systems and/or finance.
Master’s Degree with concentration in finance or technology preferred
7+ Years of experience
AI enablement is a prerequisite: demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools and a track record of applying them to improve productivity, deliver business solutions, and drive adoption across teams
Experience with Real Estate and other alternatives investment concepts / terminology and systems a plus
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Form strong working relationships with internal users - both business and technical - to facilitate application support
Gather, validate, document, and facilitate implementation of business requirements for technology initiatives (includes business/data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design, and user interface designs)
Lead and participate in system planning and testing
Participate in user acceptance testing and support system training / documentation
Fulfill responsibilities related to production support as well as application development projects simultaneously
Develop and own documentation in support of technology requests
Manage and provide mentorship to junior team members
