Job summary

Axos Bank is seeking a QA Automation Manager who will lead the QA strategy, establish the operating model, and own delivery across manual and automated testing for integration, functional, regression, sanity, and performance validation. This role drives AI-enabled Quality Engineering and aligns with CI/CD in regulated environments, partnering with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years QA experience including team leadership.
• Hands-on in web/mobile, API testing, and test data management.
• Experience with AI-assisted QA and regression automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy expanding AI, automation, and testing.
• Lead end-to-end testing across functional, performance, web, mobile, and API.
• Oversee defect management, root-cause analysis, and quality improvements.
• Partner with Engineering/DevOps to embed QA in CI/CD pipelines.
