Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/BA
• Solid STLC understanding and test design principles
• Experience with manual and automated UI, backend/batch, ETL testing
• Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for data development/research
• Experience managing test environments and data across multiple environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools
• Experience using AI tools to create test cases and data
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Own QA activities across the full SDLC, including manual and automated testing
• Create test data and perform defect triage
• Assist with requirements gathering on smaller projects
• Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and quality
