Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Communications or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years at grade A08 or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-enabled publishing tools and editorial workflows.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation chatbot design and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Editor of the Annual Report of the Executive Board, overseeing content development, review, production and dissemination.
• Coordinate complex, institution-wide editorial review and clearance processes across departments.
• Ensure editorial quality, copyediting, proofreading, accessibility reviews and QA; manage budgets and vendor delivery.
