The role includes serving as Editor of the Annual Report of the Executive Board, coordinating cross-departmental reviews, and ensuring high editorial quality and timely delivery. Strong project management and cross-stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (or equivalent) in a related field, with substantial experience.
• Minimum six years of relevant professional experience or two years at grade A08.
• Experience in editorial, publishing projects, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization, technology, and innovation in publishing workflows including AI-driven processes.
• Edit and project-manage the IMF Annual Report of the Executive Board from development through publication.
• Coordinate design, translation, digital publishing, printing, and vendor delivery while monitoring budgets.
