Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Projections Product Director within Wholesale Credit Risk to lead the Projections product and drive online data models and AI-enabled features.

You will collaborate across credit risk, technology, and business partners to deliver scalable projections across portfolios. The role requires 9+ years of experience in product and credit risk, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years in product, credit risk, or banking transformation.
• Strong communication and the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and partner across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Finalize the financial projection data models for portfolios with credit risk stakeholders.
• Identify and build standardized data models used by banking and credit risk offline and bring them online.
• Identify new tech features or enhancements for implementing the data models.
• Leverage LLMs and AI for newer use cases, including GenAI and Agentic tools for the platform.
• Contribute toward product strategy and product vision delivering value to customers across credit risk and banking.
• Partner with solution architects and technologists to influence technical approaches.
• Define and analyze metrics informing product success.
• Provide product demos and lead reviews with stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap and prioritization.
• Drive product development with multiple teams of developers, designers, and product specialists.
