Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on AI-enabled and data-driven outcomes.

You will translate business needs into actionable project plans, partner with clients, operational leaders, and technical teams, and drive delivery from initiation through completion. You will apply critical thinking and analytics to identify risks, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and continuously improve project delivery in evolving environments.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-functional projects through the lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, quality, and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or advanced analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle, focusing on AI-enabled initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with operational leaders, clients, and partners.
• Apply critical thinking to evaluate problems, identify risks, and propose data-informed solutions.
• Translate business needs into project plans and identify opportunities to leverage AI or analytics.
• Drive decisions on scope, timelines, budget, and quality in evolving environments.
• Oversee governance, reviews, and approvals from initiation to completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and actions clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor AI trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
