Job summary

DataMap LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end Coupa implementations, including procure-to-pay, invoicing, and ERP integrations with NetSuite, SAP, and others. You will be the single point of accountability from SOW to production handoffs, managing plan, budget, client relationships, and agile change workstreams.

You will lead functional consultants, integration developers, and solution architects, while identifying expansion opportunities on accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software, ERP, or SaaS implementations.
• Led projects independently with budget accountability and delivered on time.
• Managed client stakeholders, including executive sponsors, and ran status/steering meetings.
• Hands-on change management activities: communications, training coordination, readiness planning, adoption tracking.
• Strong command of project planning, critical path, dependency tracking, and delivery tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Coupa implementations end to end: scope, timeline, resources, RAID, status reports, steering cadence.
• Manage the engagement budget and forecast utilization to protect margin.
• Drive delivery workstreams (design, data collection, integration, testing, UAT, cutover) to milestones with ERP and third-party dependencies.
• Lead kickoff, status, and steering committee meetings; produce executive-ready decks and logs.
• Run readiness assessment and go-live sign-off with client PM/sponsor as exit gate for hypercare.
• Lead consultants on engagements; set the bar and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
