The role offers hands-on planning experience across real estate, infrastructure, and credit portfolios with a focus on delivering clear dashboards and narratives

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication bridging business and technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in project management, data-driven initiatives, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a project from planning to completion with guidance from experienced project managers.
• Support delivery on strategic programs, such as data modernization, by coordinating workstreams and gathering requirements.
• Develop data and reporting for senior leadership - dashboards, status reporting, and narratives.
• Support AI engagement and enablement initiatives - helping roll out AI tools and documenting use cases.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, requirements, process maps, meeting minutes).
• Gain exposure across real estate, infrastructure, and credit operations.
