Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage solution configuration with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify metrics, monitor solution processes, and audit results against trends.
• Implement, configure, and build production and ad hoc processes.
• Validate content and test content delivery for zero defects.
• Provide first-line API support and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Investigate API errors and data exchange problems using internal tools and dashboards.
