Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Technology Product Strategist, a seasoned management consultant who blends product thinking with organizational transformation. You will lead the development of product operating models and delivery capabilities within Presidio Digital, guiding clients through outcome-driven transformations across AI, cloud, and IT domains.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in management consulting, product strategy, or organizational transformation.
Expertise in product operating models and outcome-driven delivery at an organizational level.
Proven ability to coach product teams and leadership on discovery and outcome-driven practices.
Strong executive stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and governance skills.
Experience across cloud, data/AI, and other technology domains at a strategy level.

Responsibilities

Lead development of Presidio Digital's product management consulting capability and go-to-market motion.
Oversee multi-phase client engagements, including product operating model design and outcomes measurements.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and facilitate workshops and executive briefings.
Contribute to AI strategy conversations and develop pragmatic adoption roadmaps.
Define success criteria grounded in business and user outcomes and monitor progress.
Apply hypothesis-driven analytical frameworks to diagnose challenges and craft recommendations.
Manage delivery governance, risk, and escalation across engagements.
Contribute to proposals, knowledge assets, and pipeline development.
