Dwight Funding is seeking a Product and Strategy Manager who sits at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and AI-native product thinking. You will own the product roadmap end-to-end, drive AI integration across Atlas, our proprietary lending platform, and coordinate a small team of developers alongside the Tech Lead.

The role blends builder and strategist elements, requiring consulting rigor, strong communication, and a track record delivering impact in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or strategy roles with AI integration.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into tech requirements.
• Comfort reviewing tech architecture and data pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Dwight Funding's AI product strategy; embed AI/ML into underwriting, client workflows, and internal operations; engineering owns the architecture.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog with release priorities; collaborate with Tech Lead for go/no-go decisions.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; bridge engineering and business needs.
• Translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives for clients, investors, and non-technical stakeholders.
