Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Product Security Engineer to enhance security assessments and vulnerability operations for its core software products. You will analyze architecture, model threats, triage findings, and work with engineering teams to mitigate issues within SLAs.

The role emphasizes building AI-enabled triage solutions and collaborating across security and product teams to ship secure features rapidly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product or Application Security in large-scale cloud/SaaS environments.
• Hands-on engineering experience using AI/LLMs to solve security and operational challenges.
• Experience with threat modeling methodologies (e.g., STRIDE).
• Experience tracking, routing, and driving remediation of vulnerabilities against SLAs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across software engineers and security teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement AI-driven security tools and scripts to automate triage and data enrichment.
• Conduct security reviews and threat modeling across product features.
• Manage vulnerability findings lifecycle and ensure timely remediation.
• Triage bug bounty submissions and validate exploits and business risk.
• Coordinate with DevOps and product teams to promote secure coding practices.
