Foundant is seeking a Product Owner to own the backlog for the GivingData scrum teams, guiding engineers with clear priorities and business context. You’ll refine stories, apply AI tools, and collaborate with clients to ensure features align with the needs of grantmakers and nonprofits.

You’ll partner with engineering, Product Design, and Education teams to shape the roadmap, manage releases, and communicate value to stakeholders while keeping the client voice central to decisions.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent
• Experience with B2B software products
• Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in product work with concrete examples
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own the backlog for GivingData scrum teams, ensuring it is clear and prioritized.
• Lead story refinement and prototype when needed to accelerate decisions.
• Review escalations, weigh client impact, and engage with clients to resolve urgent issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and participate in scrum ceremonies as a day-to-day partner.
• Partner with the Director of Product and Product Design to define and prioritize the roadmap.
• Advocate for the voice of the client to ensure solutions reflect community needs.
