Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner owning a backlog for agile teams.
• Experience working on B2B software products.
• Regular, hands-on use of AI tools in product work, with concrete examples.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog for the GivingData scrum teams, keeping it clear and prioritized so engineers know what matters to grantmakers.
• Lead story refinement and apply AI to drafting stories, synthesizing feedback, and prototyping when needed.
• Review and prioritize escalations, weighing client impact against the roadmap and engaging with clients when necessary.
• Work with engineering in Scrum ceremonies and stay aligned with team goals and delivery timelines.
• Partner with the Director of Product and Product Design to define and prioritize the roadmap and communicate release plans.
• Carry the voice of the client to engineering so what we build reflects real-world giving community needs.
• Collaborate with Product Education and CX to enable customers for new releases and changes.
