Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to execute product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate objectives into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned to objectives and value.
• Review and accept work to ensure requirements and quality.
• Make daily prioritization and scope decisions to meet delivery goals.
• Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team.
• Drive backlog readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Promote adherence to Agile practices and sprint commitments.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to remove blockers and improve effectiveness.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operations stakeholders.
• Provide clear, timely updates on priorities, risks, and progress.
• Manage expectations amid competing priorities and constraints.
• Build trusted partnerships and challenge constructively to drive outcomes.
