Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead discovery through launch, using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics, while working with customers and engineers to bring concepts to production.

You will build prototypes and internal tools with Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, and validate ideas early to reduce time to insight. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, product strategy, or related experience.
• Experience launching new products, features, platforms, or business concepts from idea through validation and adoption.
• Demonstrated success defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and shipping products that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product opportunities from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify problems worth solving.
• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and success metrics.
• Build prototypes, internal tools, and proofs of concept using AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor.
• Validate ideas quickly with users before significant engineering investment.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to transition successful concepts into production solutions.
• Make informed decisions on scope, prioritization, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted product development practices across the team.
• Use customer feedback, product analytics, and business outcomes to guide future investments.
