Job summary

Valdera is seeking a product manager to lead AI-native products at the intersection of deep technology, design, and business strategy. You will craft the AI roadmap, own end-to-end delivery, and ensure data integrity and a world-class user interface.

You will own the lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis in a fast-paced, agile environment, driving revenue and user satisfaction through thoughtful product decisions and rigorous measurement.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI-native products built on modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG, agentic frameworks).
• Owned a product's P&L or key growth metrics with clear business impact.
• Deep knowledge of agentic systems and autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision and strategy for a category-defining product.
• Define and ship autonomous agents and their goals, behaviors, and success metrics.
• Lead data landscape research to identify critical data sources for models.
