Job summary

Vahan.ai is seeking a Product Manager (Principal to Director levels) to own the AI platform product vision, define MVP experiments, and collaborate with sales, data/AI, and customer success to drive results. You’ll work hands-on with design and engineering to ship products for blue-collar recruitment.

The role is entrepreneurial, requiring fast decision-making, ruthless prioritization, and a bias for velocity.

Qualifications

• Deep curiosity about AI models and platforms.
• Customer empathy and regular user engagement.
• Analytics: turning data into insights using SQL and visualization tools.
• Marketplace experience in building a business network.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Strong work ethic and hustle in fast-paced environments.
• 6+ years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and initiatives for Vahan’s AI platform.
• Collaborate with sales, data/AI, and customer success to drive adoption.
• Prioritize initiatives and drive execution with velocity.
• Engage with early adopters and SMB customers to drive GTM adoption.
• Lead and hands-on in product delivery with appropriate frameworks.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and strong relationships with customers and team.
• Be entrepreneurial—lead projects and drive them to completion.
